When walking around P. Burgos St. you will have many people come up to you and offer you products or services:

Viagra / Cialis

Assuming you're coming to partake in some girlie activities you'll be offered drugs to enhance your stamina in that department.

Service Car

This is a more private kind of taxi which will be able to take you wherever you want to go for a day trip or more.  They will be wanting to sell you trips to Angeles City, Batangas, Baguio and Subic. 

Fake Sneakers

Often they will come armed with a whole garbage bag full of authentic looking sneakers and will be selling them for quite reasonable prices.

iPhone / Phone

Probably stolen phones which they have procured within the past few days.  Which brings us onto Personal Safety to avoid yours being one of the phones for sale.

Massage

Girls will either be taking you to a local dubious massage parlour or offer to come directly to your hotel room.  They will probably try to sell you extra services later.

Fake Watches

The usual selection of fake Rolex etc.

Coconut Juice

This is a local delicacy and a guy will come around on a bicycle.

Various Fruit

Similar to Thailand, some people will be selling all kinds of fruit including freshly chopped pineapple.
